You just have to make a free account at Top hat Cleaners website and then within 48 hours we will deliver you bags.You have to just fill up the bags before the scheduled pickup. We will stay connected with you through texts and emails. You can send us any additional information through any media you like. Moreover, no matter how many bags you have given we will deliver it back to you in two business day.
For stain removal three things are considered. One is the type of stain. Second on which type of fabric the stain is present and in the end for how long the stain is present there. If you have a stained cloth, then send us in a professional dry cleaning bag as soon as possible. Timing is very crucial for stain removal. Moreover, we also don’t recommend you to pre treat the stain at home especially the silk clothes as it will cause more damage to the fabric.
After dry cleaning clothes are checked for residual stains and if any are present then they are sent back to the cleaning process again. We will try to remove the stains very effectively. As dry cleaning is done to bring all the stains at the surface of the clothes so second attempt cleaning is very successful in this case.
Spot treatment is done by using a steam gun at a specific pressure. The pressure varies with the type of stain. Some stains are left untouched as touching them can make it worse like water marks or large stains. You are notified when we return the clothes.

Billing takes place at the day of scheduled delivery. This rule applies in whole week Monday to Thursday. If pickup was done on Friday, then billing will happen on Monday morning. Immediate email alert will be received by the customer upon the invoice and include all the details. Past invoices can also be seen by going into your account.
All your past billing history of Top hat Cleaner can be seen in the section of past orders. Every order will include all the details including order date and number, payment amount and method, pickup date and any discounts if given.

Our team timings are 8Am to 8Pm.but if you want to contact us after these hours simply send your query and we will answer it in the next working hours. Moreover, if the working hours are over and you Want to schedule a pickup for tomorrow then only use initials of week days like M, T or W. Our team will understand and will provide you pickup services at a scheduled day.

Our team is only responsible for delivering you your clothes. If any loss or damage happens after delivery, then we are not responsible. It is your responsibility to take care of your stuff after delivery.
