Is this estimate exact?

It's a close estimate, not a guarantee — actual weight depends on fabric type, how full a garment is (a soaked towel weighs more than a dry one going in), and exactly how many items you have on hand. Your final price is always based on the real weight on our scale at pickup, but this tool gets you within a reasonable range so there are no surprises.

What if my order also includes dry cleaning?
