Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of tophatcleaner.com and the garment-care services provided by Top Hat Cleaners across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms. Prices, availability and service areas may change and are confirmed at the time of booking.

Garments are accepted and processed with professional care. We inspect items on arrival and will contact you if a garment cannot be cleaned as requested or requires additional assessment.

Pickup & Delivery Terms

• Free pickup and delivery is available on qualifying orders of $45 or more.
• Route days and estimated return dates vary by ZIP code and are confirmed when you book.
• A valid card or prepayment is required to schedule service.
• Same-day and express service may be available for qualifying garments at select locations, subject to capacity and cutoff times.
• Please ensure garments are accessible at the agreed pickup location and time.

Membership Terms

• The dry-cleaning membership is $50 per month and provides $65 in eligible cleaning credit ($15 in additional cleaning value).
• A three-month minimum commitment applies.
• Credit does not roll over between billing periods.
• Billing occurs on the same date each month from signup.
• Credit applies to eligible services at participating locations. Unused credit within a billing period is non-refundable.

Promotion Terms

Promotional offers (such as first-order discount codes) apply only to qualifying pickup and delivery orders, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be modified or withdrawn. Where an expiration applies, it will be stated with the offer.

Service-Care Policy

Embellished and delicate garments are inspected before cleaning. Because construction, dyes, adhesives and embellishments vary, cleaning results and embellishment stability cannot be guaranteed. If you have a concern with a completed item, contact us promptly and we will review it under this Service-Care Policy.
